Shipping policy
All orders are shipped using fully tracked delivery services.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout. Once you enter your delivery address, all available shipping options and estimated transit times will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed.
Order Processing
UK & International Orders
Orders placed through our global store (www.saltgrooming.com) are shipped from our UK warehouse and dispatched Monday–Saturday.
Orders placed before 2pm UK time will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next dispatch day.
EU Orders
Our dedicated EU fulfilment service is launching in November 2026. From launch, orders placed through our EU store (www.saltgrooming.com/en-eu) will be shipped from within the EU via DHL or DPD fully tracked delivery and dispatched Monday–Friday.
Orders placed before 12pm Germany time will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next dispatch day.
During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United Kingdom
Royal Mail tracked delivery is available, with estimated delivery times of:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 business days
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 business days
Free standard shipping is available on UK orders over £30, after discounts have been applied.
European Union
EU delivery estimates (Launching November 2026) are:
- Germany: 1–3 business days
- Rest of the EU: 3–5 business days
Free shipping applies to:
- Germany: orders over €40, after discounts have been applied
- Rest of the EU: orders over €70, after discounts have been applied
If a product is not available through our EU store (www.saltgrooming.com/en-eu), you may be redirected to our global store (www.saltgrooming.com), where our wider product range is available.
Orders placed through the global store are shipped from the UK and will have separate shipping charges. Import duties and taxes may also apply.
International Orders
We ship to most destinations worldwide, excluding Indonesia.
US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
For other international destinations, available shipping options, rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Customs Duties & Taxes
European Union
Products purchased from our EU store (www.saltgrooming.com/en-eu) (Launching November 2026) will be shipped from within the EU and will not incur additional import duties or customs charges upon delivery.
Orders placed through our global store (www.saltgrooming.com) for delivery to the EU are shipped from the UK and may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs charges.
United States
All orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means applicable duties, taxes and customs charges are paid in advance by SALT, with no additional customs charges due upon delivery.
Rest of the World
Depending on your destination and local import regulations, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply.
These charges are determined by the relevant customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. SALT has no control over these charges and cannot reimburse any duties, taxes or customs fees incurred after purchase.
If you choose not to pay any applicable customs charges and your order is returned to us, a refund can be issued once the shipment has been received back at our warehouse, less any shipping costs incurred.
