Shipping policy

All orders are shipped using fully tracked delivery services.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout. Once your delivery address has been entered, you’ll be presented with all available shipping options along with estimated transit times before completing your purchase.

Please note that all delivery estimates are provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday - Saturday. During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email containing your tracking information.

International Shipping

Excluding Indonesia, we ship worldwide and offer localised shipping rates based on your destination country.

Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are calculated specifically for your location and chosen shipping method.

Customs Duties & Taxes

United States

All orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable duties, taxes, and customs charges are paid in advance by SALT, ensuring a smooth delivery experience with no additional charges upon arrival.

European Union & Rest of World

Depending on your country and local import regulations, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your local customs authority.

These charges are determined by your country’s customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient. SALT has no control over these charges and cannot reimburse any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred after purchase.

If you choose not to pay any applicable customs charges and your order is returned to us, we can issue a refund once the shipment has been received back at our warehouse, less any shipping costs incurred.
